Core Competency: EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT

Paragon TEC designs, develops, implements, manages, and evaluates cutting-edge educational programs to address the current issues/needs of a wide range of customers.

All programs are evaluated according to three criteria for excellence: (1) relevance - addresses a current need; (2) quality - superior output is achieved; and (3) utility - the output is useful to the customer. Additionally, we utilize efficiency measures to assess the overall program value to the customer (e.g., the average cost per participant).

Since 2002, Paragon TEC has engaged over 200,000 participants nationwide in innovative, custom designed and managed educational programs. As a one-stop shop for education, and to meet the demand for products and services of customers, we will:
